Doug started in construction in 1968 and in 1978 he started Doug Geoffrey Construction. We listen to needs, must haves and dream lists. At DGC we build the entire project, we rely on DGC employees to form and pour ICF foundations, frame, complete roof systems, drywall, trim, millwork and flooring. We finish the outside with masonry, siding, soffit and fascia to make your home or business complete. DGC builds everything from residential to commercial to agricultural. They take on complicated projects and have even built a couple cottages on Chicken Island where everything was barged over. This required a lot of man power and team work to handle material over and over. They build 6-8 homes a year and about the same in additions and renovations.
