Hello homeowners. Houses in the Rough was started by Adam Oliver and Ernesto Zambri. We have done apprenticeships in masonry, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing while working together for almost 20 years now. We initially worked together as employees for another company, and when we obtained our general metro licence in 2001, we worked as subcontractors for a number of major companies throughout the GTA. We understand that renovations can be very stressful for a home owner. Not only from a financial standpoint, but also having to deal with a company you’re not very familiar with. As a result we’ve come up with a few solutions we hope will make you feel comfortable working with us. First, we will spend as much time as necessary discussing your project details to ensure that you’re completely comfortable before the work begins. We will then provide you with a detailed written contract that will fully outline what work is to be done and how much it will cost. Second, we do not require any deposit on jobs less than $3000. Third, we are completely transparent and will provide you with copies of any and all legal documentation at your request. Fourth, we can and will provide you with copies of our referrals and recommendations we have received from previous customers, and depending on the size of your job we can even arrange for you to walk through some of our previous work sites. Finally, when a start date is established we are fully committed to that contract until the homeowner is 100% satisfied with our work. We take great pride in the quality of our work and will happily put our team’s work up against any other company in the GTA. We are also committed to giving back to the community that helped us become the successful company we are today. To that end we have been proud supporters of the East York Baseball Association through years of team sponsorship. We are always looking for new ways to give back to our community, so if you have any suggestions of worthy organizations or causes in the GTA, feel free to contact us and let us know about them. We look forward to hearing from you, give us a call or send us an email. We would love to work with you.
